Inside Sales Executive (1-2 Years) Work Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra

Weekly Off: Sunday

Work Timings: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (MonSat)

Lunch Break: 1:00 PM 1:45 PM

Education: Graduate (Any Stream)

Communication: Excellent Written & Verbal English

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns & social media
  • Maintain CRM data and follow-up with prospects
  • Explain products/services to potential clients
  • Schedule meetings for senior sales team
  • Achieve monthly targets of qualified leads
  • Build and maintain customer relationships

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of inside sales or tele-sales experience
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand IT / software products is a plus
  • Proficiency with MS Office & CRM tools
