Role Description

A Tendering Engineer in the interior design industry is responsible for preparing bids and proposals for projects by creating accurate cost estimates, analyzing tender documents, and coordinating with various teams and vendors. Key duties include performing quantity take-offs, creating Bills of Quantities (BOQs), obtaining and comparing subcontractor quotes, and ensuring the final technical and commercial bids meet all project requirements and deadlines. The role requires strong analytical skills and collaboration to help secure new business and ensure cost-effective project execution

Experience Required: 6+ years

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Quality Control, Quality Management, and Quality Assurance
  • Experience in conducting Auditing and providing Training
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline
  • Experience in the manufacturing or technology industry is a plus
  • Certifications related to quality management and safety are beneficial
