Business Development Manager

Facilitating leadgeneration efforts to enable the outbound team to identify and execute relevantcampaigns. Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closingdeals.Engaging in on -site meetings to generate newopportunities and drive business growth. Must be willing to travel extensively throughoutthe region.Identify target markets, customer segments, andgrowth opportunities. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, andcustomer needs to adapt strategies as needed.Develop and execute strategies to attract andonboard key e -commerce B2B and B2C clientele.Own sales targets, pipeline management, andconversion rates, ensuring consistent revenue growth.Collaboratedclosely with the operations and pre -sales team while demonstrating strongteamwork skills. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or arelated field (MBA is a plus).4+ years of experience in business development orsales in the e -commerce industry, preferably within the Middle East.Strong understanding of regional e -commerceecosystems, consumer behavior, and digital trends.Excellent communication, negotiation, andpresentation skills.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding salestargets.Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong plus.Experience with cross -border e -commerce ormarketplace platforms.Experience in managing a sales team and workingin a multicultural environment.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.Willingness to travelwithin the MENA region.
