Job Description:

Overall Purpose of Role: Will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our commercial and residential projects, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote commercial and residential projects, including advertising campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and promotional events.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target demographics, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, signage, and digital content, to showcase properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.
  • Enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales collateral and support lead generation activities.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as lead generation, and conversion rates, to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.

 Requisite Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business Administration, or related

Field, MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Requisite Experience: Experience with 10-12 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the

Real estate Industry.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to

create compelling content and engage with diverse audiences

Language Proficiency: English (French would be an added advantage)
