We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Fragrance Evaluator to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have over 9 years of experience in the fragrance or perfumery industry, with a strong background in fragrance formulation, evaluation, and analytical techniques including GC -MS. This role demands a sharp olfactory sense, creativity, and an ability to collaborate with cross -functional teams for the development of market -relevant fragrances.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and develop fragrance accords for various product applications.Interpret olfactory profiles and suggest modifications based on client briefs or internal benchmarks.Work closely with perfumers, marketing, and R&D teams to deliver winning fragrances.Conduct sensory evaluations and stability tests.Use analytical tools like GC -MS for fragrance analysis and reverse engineering.Maintain documentation and evaluation data systematically.Support new product development and fragrance reformulation projects.Interact with clients and present fragrance options with confidence.
