Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience (typically 3-5 years or more) as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC in a technical delivery context.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally etc.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, coaching and interpersonal skills able to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to identify, manage and mitigate risks and dependencies, and help unblock the team for smooth delivery.
  • Familiarity with technical delivery practices (e.g., development workflows, test automation, DevOps pipelines) is a plus given the technical project environment.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM / PSM) or equivalent is a plus.

Preferred / Good-to-Have

  • Experience working with Omni Channel Retailers with a focus in the Direct-to-Consumer space
  • Experience working in a product delivery team (rather than pure services or support) and managing multiple sprints/releases.
  • Experience in scaled Agile / SAFe (or similar) environments for larger product initiatives.
  • Technical background (software development, testing, architecture) enabling better collaboration with technical teams.
  • Experience with continuous improvement culture, metrics-based delivery, and high-velocity teams.
  • Domain experience in IBM Sterling Order Management, Blue Yonder Warehouse Management Systems
