Job Description (JD)

Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels. Focuses on lead generation, customer acquisition, and ROI-driven marketing initiatives. Monitors campaign performance, analyzes metrics, and implements improvements.

Key Result Areas (KRA)

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (CPL, CPC, ROI, CTR, etc.).
  • Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and return on investment.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and keyword research to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Selection Criteria

  • Prior experience in digital/performance marketing, lead generation, or paid advertising.
  • Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and reporting tools.
  • Data-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
