About the Role:Torque Elevators LLP — a leading elevator manufacturer and exporter — is looking for a Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will oversee daily production activities, ensure quality standards, manage dispatch operations, and coordinate with the team to achieve production targets efficiently.
- Key Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and supervise daily production schedules.
- Monitor quality control and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Manage dispatch workflow, including packaging and delivery coordination.
- Supervise and guide labour teams to maintain productivity and discipline.
- Implement production planning to meet deadlines.
- Conduct final inspection and packaging before dispatch.
- Read and interpret technical drawings for manufacturing accuracy.
- Maintain production and dispatch reports in coordination with management.

- Qualification & Experience:Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering.
