About Us
Chai Days is a growing café brand known for its warm ambiance, exceptional service, and unique chai-based menu. We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Café Manager to lead daily operations and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day café operations, staff scheduling, and workflow.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest feedback effectively.
- Supervise, train, and motivate café staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Manage inventory, stock ordering, and vendor coordination.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards as per company policies.
- Maintain cash handling procedures and daily sales reporting.
- Assist in menu planning, promotions, and marketing activities.
- Ensure smooth functioning during peak hours and resolve operational issues promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Café Manager / Supervisor / Team Leader in F&B or hospitality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of café operations, billing systems, and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹17, ₹25,000.00 per month
