‎ ‎ We‎ are‎‎ seeking an‎ Accounts‎ Manager‎‎ to oversee‎‎ accounting operations‎ and‎‎ financial‎ management.‎ The‎‎ role‎ focuses‎ on‎ handling company‎ accounts,‎ ensuring‎‎ compliance, accuracy,‎‎ and timely‎ reporting.

We are urgently seeking for the below position :-

*Position :- ACCOUNTS MANAGER ( INTER CA)*
Location :- AHMEDABAD  ​
Experience :- MIN 5-7 YEARS
Salary :- Upto 8,00,000/- Per Annum (Not Limited to the right Candidate)
Education :- Chartered Accountant.

 *Key Responsibilities :*
Responsible for managing end-to-end accounts of all group entities, including consolidation, MIS, and statutory compliance.
Expected to set up systems and processes and ensure smooth functioning of the accounts department.
Must be able to lead and manage a team of 4–5 members effectively, ensuring accountability and timely delivery.
This role demands someone who can handle pressure, meet deadlines, and be available round-the-clock when the business requires.
Prior exposure to multi-entity accounts, preferably in a trading/import-export environment.
Experience with statutory filings, GST, TDS, ROC, audit schedules, and tax matters.
Strong experience in ERP systems (Tally, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).

*Requirements:*
Strong leadership skills – able to guide, coach, and manage a small team effectively.
Independent workers with a sense of ownership and accountability.
System-builder: capable of designing SOPs, controls, and reporting frameworks.
Knowledge of Accounting Standards (Ind AS / IFRS basics).
Audit readiness and ability to liaise with auditors.
MIS reporting, dashboards, and financial analysis.
