Position Overview:

The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding market share by developing and strengthening relationships with key decision-makers in builder groups. This individual will drive large-scale project sales, engage purchasing heads and decision-makers to secure high-volume orders, and oversee seamless execution of projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in the building-materials industry, extensive connections with builder groups, and a proven record of closing substantial projects.

Qualifications & Requirements:


•
Experience:

o Proven track record of 5+ years in sales, project management, or business

development within the building materials industry, specifically with builder

groups.

o Strong experience in closing large-scale projects and dealing with purchase

heads, developers, and other decision-makers within builder groups.


•
Industry Connections:

o Established relationships and network within the building and construction

industry, particularly with large builder groups, contractors, and developers.

o Deep understanding of the challenges, requirements, and processes within

the builder group sector.


•
Skills & Knowledge:

o Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively

pitch products and solutions to high-level clients.

o Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

o Knowledge of tile products, building materials, and project management

processes.
