We are looking for a mobile developer who will play an instrumental role in our digital center of excellence team. This individual will take ownership of development and related technical deliverables in the mobile app development space for Sahla suite of mobile products. He should be able to work either independently or as part of a larger team to drive business innovation through building, enhancing and maintaining critical mobile apps needed to realize well-defined business objectives and goals.

Job DescriptionAs a member of the technology team, you would be designing, developing and implementing innovative mobile solutions that leverage existing technology solutions, services and infrastructure at Landmark. You will closely collaborate with diverse stakeholders such as project managers, business managers, product owners, technical architects, QA analysts and peer developers to develop and implement new features or enhance existing features offered as part of Sahla suite of mobile products. Your deliverables will be closely aligned to support business priorities and goals and meet agreed timelines or deadlines.You are expected to exhibit immaculate technical craftmanship that either meets or exceed established organizational standards. Being a lead/senior developer, you will be expected to offer technical guidance and mentorship to other developers in your team. You are expected to device or engineer solutions to reduce technical debt in Sahla suite of mobile apps. You will drive technical roadmaps, upgrades and technical enhancements to enable Sahla suite of mobile apps to transition to newer development platforms, technologies and tools from existing ones that are likely to be retired or are likely to become obsolete in near future. Knowledge, Skills & Experience
SkillsXamarin Forms, Xamarin Android and Xamarin iOS.MVVM frameworks like MVVM Light, MVVM Cross & Prism.Solid understanding of data storage and data persistence concepts in mobile apps using SQLite and caching libraries.Integrating against REST APIs and cloud services like Azure AD, Azure AD B2C, Blob storage, Azure CDN, Azure notification hub, Azure functions, Azure logic app etc.Sound understanding of native mobile OS development concepts in Android and iOS.Experience in releasing apps to Google Play store and Apple store in accordance to Google or Apple publishing guidelines.Unit testing frameworks like NUnit & XUnit, UI testing frameworks like Xamarin UI Test, mocking frameworks like Moq.Expertise in using Visual Studio IDE and tools for development in .Net eco-system.High level of proficiency in working with version control systems like Git. Experience in setting up and configuring CI-CD pipelines in Azure DevOps/Jenkins etc. Experience in working with beta distribution platforms like Microsoft AppCenter.Comfortable in working in an agile/sprint based setup.Experience in React , Angular, Low code  would be an added advantage Required Leadership Skills Excellent communication skills to communicate with the leadership group.Ability to multi-task and deliver under pressure.Ability to work with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.Astute analytical skills and attention to detail.Strong organizational and project management skills.
