Position SummaryWe are hiring Territory Business Managers (Medical Representatives) who are energetic, driven, and passionate about sales. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience to start or build a rewarding career in pharmaceutical sales with one of the world's most respected healthcare companies.
Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell Abbott's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
Conduct regular product detailing and follow-up visits.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and market feedback.
Uphold all company policies, ethical standards, and compliance regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.
0 to 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (freshers are encouraged to apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to grow in sales.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Basic understanding of pharmaceutical/healthcare industry is an advantage.
