Housekeeping GSA

Responsibility:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces following established procedures and standards. This includes making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities.
• Replenish linens, towels, and guest supplies in rooms. Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and report when supplies are running low.
• Regularly inspect and report any maintenance issues, such as damaged furniture, broken fixtures, or malfunctioning equipment, to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
• Provide a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests, addressing their requests, and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in housekeeping carts, storage areas, and equipment.
• Document room status and work performed in hotel management systems. Report lost and found items to the supervisor.
• Adhere to hotel policies and safety regulations, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Collaborate with fellow housekeeping associates and other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate any special requests or requirements from guests to ensure their needs are met.
• Respect guests' privacy and ensure the security of their belongings during cleaning and room servicing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7, ₹11,000.00 per month
