Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Team Lead with experience in IT hardware and services sales. The role involves leading and coordinating the inside sales team to generate leads, manage customer communication, prepare quotations, and support field sales teams to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Coordination & Leadership
- Supervise and guide the inside sales team in day-to-day activities.
- Allocate leads, monitor progress, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Train, motivate, and support team members to improve productivity and sales performance.
- Conduct regular review meetings and maintain team performance reports.
- Ensure team members maintain accurate data in CRM and adhere to sales processes.
Sales Operations
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Presales, Procurement, and Accounts for quotation, pricing, and order processing.
- Support the sales team with proposal creation, documentation, and customer communication.
- Drive lead generation, qualification, and nurturing for IT hardware (servers, storage, networking, laptops, desktops) and IT services (AMC, managed IT, cloud, infrastructure solutions).
- Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring conversion targets are met.
Customer Engagement
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.
- Ensure prompt response to inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups.
- Manage escalation and ensure smooth customer experience.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze team performance metrics and suggest process improvements.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate / MBA with 3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales or Sales Coordination.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a team lead or coordinator role.
- Proven experience in IT hardware, networking, software licensing, or managed services sales.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to IT Hardware OEM's.
- Understanding of B2B sales and system integrator environment.
- Target-driven with the ability to motivate and lead a small sales team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
