About the jobWe are hiring a domestic IT recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for IT roles (full-time & C2H) across various technologies. The ideal candidate must be skilled in sourcing candidates from platforms like , Foundit (Monster India), and LinkedIn, with a proven ability to close positions quickly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage full-cycle recruitment for domestic IT roles - permanent and contract-to-hire (C2H)

2. Understand detailed job descriptions and hiring priorities

3. Source profiles using , Monster/Foundit, LinkedIn, and other job portals

4. Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit

5. Conduct preliminary interviews and share shortlists with clients/hiring managers

6. Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and ensure timely follow-ups

7. Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth onboarding

8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment trackers and reports
