Opening of Business Development Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to drive growth in our Learning Management System (LMS) and eLearning solutions service domain. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored LMS solutions that meet client needs.
Candidates with prior exposure to elearning, LMS Solutions or AI-driven Edtech solutions are highly encouraged to apply.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in business development, preferably in EdTech, eLearning, or IT services.
- Strong understanding of any LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, TalentLMS, Blackboard, Canvas, or custom LMS solutions).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client pain points and translate them into effective LMS solutions.
- Familiarity with RFP/RFQ processes and proposal writing.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Lead generation platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and freelancing platforms like Upwork, PPH and freelancer.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads for LMS/Moodle based project opportunities in corporate, educational, and government sectors.
- Conduct market research to understand client requirements, industry trends, and competitor offerings in the eLearning and EdTech space.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through networking, outbound outreach, digital campaigns, and partnerships.
- Present Moodle and IOMAD solutions, features, and service capabilities to prospective clients through demos, proposals, and presentations.
- Collaborate with technical, design, and project teams to prepare customized proposals and pricing for LMS projects.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure — ensuring client satisfaction and smooth project handover.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to drive repeat business.
- Track and report sales performance metrics and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
- Attend relevant industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote company services and generate leads.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in SaaS or IT service sales related to education/training technology.
- Knowledge of eLearning content development or SCORM/xAPI standards.
- Prior experience dealing with corporate L&D departments, universities, or training providers.
