Banjo's HQ – Nashik (for monthly reviews, if required)

Shift Timing:
10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Weekly Off :
Between Monday and Thursday (1 weekly off)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on
Operations Manager
to oversee the performance and day-to-day operations of 15+ Banjo's outlets across Mumbai and the Pune region. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, drive outlet-level performance, maintain quality standards, and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage daily operations across 15+ Banjo's outlets.
  • Monitor and analyze outlet-wise sales, purchases, expenses, and overall profitability.
  • Ensure consistent food quality, hygiene, and service standards as per the brand guidelines.
  • Train, guide, and monitor outlet managers and staff according to Banjo's SOPs.
  • Conduct regular field visits, audits, and performance reviews.
  • Implement cost-control measures and track wastage reduction.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for timely replenishment.
  • Collaborate with accounts, warehouse, HR, and marketing teams for seamless operations.
  • Handle escalations related to customer complaints, staff concerns, or operational issues.
  • Prepare and submit daily progress reports and key metrics to the Head Office.
  • Drive continuous improvements in operations, customer experience, and staff efficiency.

Education:

  • Graduate / Diploma holder
  • Preferred: Hotel Management / Business Administration

Experience:

  • 1–6 years of experience in QSR, Café, or Multi-Outlet Operations
  • Experience in managing store teams and handling multiple outlets is a strong advantage

Language Requirements:

  • English
