What is the role about?

A.Paul is the largest supplier of Passenger Information Systems to Indian railways. It has developed a range of IoT products that are gaining much traction.

● A mature person with 12+ Years of experience. She/he is well settled in and around South Delhi, Faridabad or Noida.

● She/he is involved and passionate about HR and is keen to add value to a growing organisation.

● She/he has done a full time MBA course from a good college; has good conceptual skills.

● To Him/her, managing the HR department is not a matter of doing the tasks but executing through processes that remove ambiguity from employee expectations from the organisation and vice versa.

● She/he has extensive experience in hiring technical teams, training them and helping build a robust organisational culture.

● She/he has a strong background in implementing and managing HRIS processes and is willing to invest time and effort in HRIS system upgrades.

  • Context and Background: Our products are seeing a logarithmic traction in the marketplace. The organisation needs to grow organically as the skills required for the manpower are unique to the industry as the company has created product categories with limited lateral hiring possibilities.
  • Organisation Development:
  • With the market growing at 50%+ in the coming year there is a significant challenge in Organisation Development.
  • Hiring the correct execution and managerial talent, on board them systematically within well-defined time frames.
  • Stabilise Systems and Processes: A significant management effort has gone into developing Systems and Processes within the company to enable performance monitoring and management, in house communication. There is a need to stabilise these systems by aligning the workforce to the new methods of working. A significant effort will also go into creating and improvising the policy framework within the organisation.
  • Talent grooming: The Company has some key resources that have been groomed over several years into high performing individuals. Being technical staff, their managerial talent needs to be groomed and enhanced for them to develop as effective team builders. Further their talent needs to be complimented by inducting new talent in voids, for example, in Project Management, Production operations.
  • Strategic HR management
  • Developing parallel teams that cater to new markets/ technologies.
  • Hiring and maintaining an effective bench.
  • Developing resource networks: Developing outsourcing partners for key technologies by aligning companies and professionals to work on an ad hoc basis.
  • Introduce new perquisites and options: Roll out a stock option framework, Insurance schemes.
  • HR operations Management: Ensure compliance to error free salary disbursements, discipline implementation, absenteeism control etc.
  • To control and coordinate all HR Initiatives in the company.
  • Help scale up the business through a system and process oriented on-boarding and training modules.
  • Oversee HR Management related systems and processes and ensure quality and timely execution through executives and outsourced agencies- Time and Attendance, ESI/EPF/PoB compliances etc. at head office and plant.
  • To manage the public profile of the company and enhance its public perception through effective use of social media and online presence.
  • To create an effective induction and training program in the organisation to on-board executive position resources as per need and implement effective roll wise training programs to help the company scale up.
  • To manage the Grievance process within the organisation and ensure due counselling; development of a congenial work atmosphere.
  • To implement a campus recruitment program for hiring effective engineering and management training talent.
  • To monitor and manage the performance appraisal system.

Job Type: Full-time
