About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in understanding business operations, gathering requirements, analyzing data, and assisting in process improvements. You'll work closely with our product, development, and operations teams to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
  • Analyze workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Conduct research and prepare data-driven reports or presentations.
  • Support in testing and validating new features or solutions.
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of data analysis or project documentation tools.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
