Job Description:
Job responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit all report to HO on time for RT Dept.
- Vehicle management, Maintain Fuel data, Maintenance record, Insurance Renewal.
- Complete joining formalities of newly join employee in center.
- Maintain temp. file and submit payment advice to HO.
- Manage sales office with Retail department.
- Invoice and DSR management.
- Updating and supervising cash, cheque, and credit outstanding of the customer.
- Making a list of the invoices for the payment of organized retailers.
- Managing a petty cash (petrol/ diesel, parking fees etc.).
- Maintaining and update the Petro card details.
- Receiving cash and cheque and deposit to the bank.
- Updating the new store development.
- Maintaining the outlets list.
- Maintaining the visicooler list and the inventory status.
- Checking the morning stock taken and evening return.
- Cooler and ice packs maintenance.
- Summarizing the monthly material inventory status.
- Conducting and supervising all other administration works (like business card, ID cards, uniform etc.).
- E-invoicing preparation and handover to Sales Representative (SR).
Age: 22 to 30 Years

- Good hands on Microsoft office.
