Job Title: Accounts Executive

Work Mode: Work From Office

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Salary Range: ₹2,00,000 – ₹3,00,000 annually

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with strong expertise in Accounts Payable, GST reconciliations, bookkeeping, and general accounting. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and prior experience working with Tally and QuickBooks (US). The role involves vendor communication, invoice processing, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Accounts Payable and vendor relations for both Indian and US operations.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger and bank ledger entries.
  • Perform GST reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and other account reconciliations.
  • Handle invoice processing, verification of accuracy, and compliance checks.
  • Communicate with vendors/suppliers via email and resolve payment-related queries.
  • Manage expense reports, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Enter cash receipts and credit card receipts into the accounting system.
  • Maintain records of invoices, payments, and other accounting documents.
  • Support internal and external audit processes by preparing required documentation.
  • Assist the accounting team with routine tasks, reporting, and month-end activities.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards, GST laws, and TDS-related requirements.

Required Skills

  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, general accounting, and bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in Tally (India) and QuickBooks (USA).
  • Good understanding of GST, basic Income Tax (TDS), and reconciliations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to handle vendor communication professionally.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Good organizational skills and capability to manage multiple tasks.

Educational Qualification (Preferred)

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
