Role Summary:

We are hiring Business Development Executives to support our outbound sales efforts. This position is ideal for recent graduates looking to build a career in technology sales. MBA Freshers and B Tech Freshers who want to work in a fast-paced IT environment will gain hands-on experience in identifying and qualifying leads on platforms like LinkedIn and Upwork, connecting with potential clients, and generating new opportunities for the sales team. Training and mentorship are provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify potential leads on LinkedIn, Upwork, job boards, and similar platforms
  • Connect with decision-makers through email outreach, LinkedIn messages, and freelance portals
  • Monitor online communities and forums for outsourcing needs and project opportunities
  • Research and build targeted lead lists across industries including manufacturing and retail
  • Maintain accurate activity records and update CRM with lead information
  • Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and client communication
  • Coordinate with internal teams on services and outreach strategy
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies

Required Qualifications:

  • Master or Bachelor's degree in B Tech, BCA, BE, Business Administration, or Marketing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of software services or IT solutions
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, email outreach tools, and platforms like Upwork
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

  • Internship or project work in business development, sales, or client communication
  • Exposure to CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive
  • Awareness of how sectors like manufacturing and retail use IT solutions
