Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler, located in Pudukkottai. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing and managing detailed Building Information Models (BIM) for architectural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. Daily tasks include creating and updating construction drawings, collaborating with project teams to ensure accuracy, and utilizing BIM technology to optimize project design and execution. The role requires close collaboration with architects and engineers to enhance project outcomes and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology and execution
- Strong understanding of Architecture and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems
- Experience in developing and managing Construction Drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Relevant certifications in BIM management or related disciplines are a plus
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in construction and design
