Deine Aufgaben

Als Lehrkraft fr Deutsch als Fremdsprache/Zweitsprache begleitest du Menschen auf ihrem Weg in eine neue Sprache und Kultur. Mit deinem praxisnahen Unterricht inspirierst du indische Studierende der Heilberufe, frderst ihre sprachlichen Fhigkeiten und untersttzt sie dabei, ihr Ziel zu erreichen nmlich die Arbeit im deutschen Gesundheitssystem.   • Du leitest Online-Deutschkurse im Rahmen eines Hochschulbildungsprogramms und frderst dabei die Entwicklung deiner Lernenden ebenso wie deine eigene.
  • Du bernimmst Einstufungstests sowie regelmige Lernerfolgskontrollen.
  • Du bereitest deinen Unterricht vor, fhrst ihn durch und vermittelst Sprachkompetenzen entsprechend des aktuellen Rahmenlehrplans.
  • Du erstellst und nutzt moderne Lehr- und Lernmaterialien (z. B. blended learning, Prsentationen, Handouts, Prfungsvorbereitungen) und machst deine Teilnehmenden fit fr anerkannte Prfungen wie Goethe oder telc.
  • Du untersttzt, motivierst und begleitest deine Teilnehmenden individuell denn ihr Erfolg ist dir genauso wichtig wie der Teamgeist.
  • Zustzlich koordinierst du den deutschen Lehrplan und trgst so zur Qualitt und Weiterentwicklung des Programms bei.

Dein Profil

  • Du verfgst ber einen abgeschlossenen Hochschulabschluss.
  • Du hast 1-2 Jahre Unterrichtserfahrung mit Anfngern in Deustch als Fremdsprache und bringst ausgeprgte interkulturelle Kompetenz mit.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung darin mit, Lernende gezielt und erfolgreich auf Goethe- und telc-Prfungen vorzubereiten.
  • Selbststndiges Arbeiten liegt dir, und du hast Freude daran, Menschen zu motivieren und in ihrem Lernprozess zu untersttzen.
  • Du hast gute Englisch-Kenntnisse.
