Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Foreman to join our growing construction team. The ideal candidate will supervise carpentry works on-site, coordinate with project engineers, and ensure all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of GCC or Indian construction experience is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and plans
• Proven experience managing a team of carpenters
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety and quality

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide carpentry teams on-site
• Allocate tasks and monitor daily progress
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and specifications
• Coordinate with site engineers and other trades
• Maintain safety standards and report any on-site issues
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality
