Role Profile
We are looking for a Energy & Utilities SME who can lead client conversations, support pre-sales (RFPs/proposals), and guide digital transformation initiatives across the power and utilities sector. The role also includes helping set up the Energy Domain Center of Excellence (CoE) within the BXS service line.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead with domain expertise in RFPs/RFIs, proposals, and client workshops.
• Work with technical teams to shape cloud, data, and AI solutions (Microsoft ecosystem preferred).
• Support creation of Energy CoE assets - use case catalogs, process models, and reusable frameworks.
• Partner with clients to understand business needs and recommend modernization opportunities.
• Support delivery teams with domain guidance, requirements, and functional insights.
• Contribute to initiatives like grid modernization, AMI/smart metering, asset management, customer experience, and ESG.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Energy/Utilities (e.g., AMI/smart metering, grid operations, demand/supply planning).
• Understanding of power/utility sector challenges: grid reliability, outage management, energy transition, energy trading, data-driven operations.
• Comfortable with consulting-style work: requirements discovery, writing user stories, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with cloud/data/AI solutions is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, articulation and client-facing skills
