Business Development Executive Cum Assistant To Director

Role & responsibilities
Team Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and support a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to improve team performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team member
- 2.Sales Strategy Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies in alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and optimize sales efforts.
- 3.Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Ensure the team delivers excellent customer service and upholds the company's reputation.
- 4. Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Use data to identify opportunities for sales growth and process improvement.
5. Sales Operations:
- Achieve assigned Sales Target by self & by team.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales team, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Oversee the use of CRM software and other sales tools to track and manage sales activities.
6.Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process by interviewing and selecting new sales team members.
- Oversee the onboarding and training of new hires to ensure they are equipped for success.
- 7. Budget Management:
- Assist in managing the sales budget and ensuring that expenses are within approved limits.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
