We are looking for a skilled Presales Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in IT solutions, including Networking, Cybersecurity, AV, and related technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with sales teams to understand client needs and design solutions
  • Prepare proposals, BOQs, presentations, and demos
  • Provide technical support during client meetings and RFP/RFQ responses
  • Conduct site surveys and create solution architectures
  • Coordinate with OEMs and internal teams for solution delivery

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years' experience in Presales (Networking/Cybersecurity/AV)
  • Strong understanding of routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, AV systems
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Certifications like CCNA/CCNP/NSE/Sophos/Palo Alto preferred
