About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic
Technical Product Owner – Gen AI
to lead the development and adoption of enterprise‑level AI/ML solutions. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive on innovation, collaboration, and driving impact through scalable digital products. You will play a pivotal role in shaping product roadmaps, integrating advanced AI capabilities, and ensuring business value across markets and functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders within the Industrialization team to define roadmaps and provide strategic and technical input, including platform evolution and new capability development.
  • Communicate the value delivered through industrialized AI/ML assets to end‑user functions and collaborate to design and implement scalable solutions across markets and brands.
  • Work closely with Data teams to integrate industrialized assets into enterprise‑level analytics and data products.
  • Collaborate with Platforms teams on continuous development and end‑to‑end capability integration between out‑of‑box platforms and internally engineered components.
  • Lead the advancement of industrialized AI and data science capabilities, ensuring scalability and enterprise adoption.
  • Own the vision and maintain a holistic roadmap for industrialized asset products.
  • Serve as product owner for Generative AI projects, ensuring delivery on product roadmaps and maturing offerings across the enterprise.
  • Act as the voice of the user on agile product development teams to maximize value and impact.
  • Drive adoption of products through enterprise‑wide engagement, including training sessions and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop and maintain business‑facing documentation for industrialized asset products (value propositions, catalogs, adoption metrics).
  • Define, monitor, and achieve product success and value metrics.
  • Coordinate with other product and digital teams to ensure seamless integration into the end‑to‑end data science, analytics, and AI ecosystem.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in product ownership or technical leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in
    Generative AI, Python, AWS, and enterprise‑level AI/ML solutions
    .
  • Proven ability to define and execute product roadmaps in complex digital ecosystems.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and platform teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
