NIMS Hospital, Wandoor is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, and referral partners.
- Conduct field visits to promote hospital services in the local area.
- Organize and participate in health camps, awareness programs, and outreach activities.
- Achieve monthly business development targets set by the management.
- Maintain records of outreach efforts, leads, and conversion metrics.
- Provide feedback and market insights to the management team.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferably in healthcare/hospital sector).
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Familiarity with the local geography of Wandoor and surrounding areas is a plus.
