Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Prosthodontist to join our team at Illusion Dental Laboratory's Boisar location. This is a full-time role, and the selected candidate will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional prosthodontic services. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in crown and bridge procedures, dental impressions, as well as removable prosthodontics. The role requires expertise in digital dentistry and implantology, along with effective laboratory communication skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in performing crown and bridge work, ensuring patient aesthetics and proper dental function.
• Strong knowledge of taking precise dental impressions to aid in the creation of accurate dental prosthetics.
• Proficiency in removable prosthodontics including dentures and partials with a focus on fit and comfort.
• Experience in digital dentistry processes including CAD/CAM technology for the development of restorations.
• Skilled in implantology for placing and restoring dental implants for improved patient outcomes.
• Advanced laboratory communication skills to effectively convey treatment plans and collaborate with technicians.
• Adept at utilizing a variety of restorative systems such as PFM, All-Ceramic, and Temporaries to meet diverse patient needs.
• Ability to maintain professional relationships based on transparent communication and constructive feedback with patients and team members.
