We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled intern to assist with the integration of WhatsApp solutions into our business processes. As a WhatsApp Integration Intern, you will work with our development and marketing teams to implement, test, and optimize WhatsApp-based communication tools. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with API integrations, customer engagement strategies, and real-world messaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. WhatsApp API Integration:

  2. Assist in the implementation of WhatsApp Business API for communication workflows.

  3. Collaborate with developers to test and deploy messaging services.

  4. Document technical processes and provide support for integration issues.

  5. Automation and Chatbot Development:

  6. Support the creation of chatbots for automated customer interactions.

  7. Test chatbot functionality and ensure seamless user experience.

  8. Provide feedback on improving chatbot scripts and flows.

  9. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  10. Monitor the performance of WhatsApp campaigns and integrations.

  11. Collect and analyze data to improve engagement metrics.

  12. Generate reports on user interactions and recommend optimization strategies.

  13. Collaboration with Teams:

  14. Work closely with marketing, customer support, and product teams to understand integration requirements.

  15. Ensure compliance with WhatsApp policies and guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:

    Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of API integrations and RESTful services.

  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).

  • Understanding of chatbot frameworks is a plus (e.g., Dialogflow, ChatGPT, or similar).

  • Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage tasks independently.
