  • Collaborate with internal teams to support effective media planning and execution.
  • Manage day-to-day media planning activities to ensure campaigns are optimized and performing effectively.
  • Work closely with client-side Brand Managers to resolve queries and provide campaign insights regularly.
  • Prepare presentations and reports with campaignperformance data, insights, and corrective measures.
  • Create and maintain media plans, flowcharts, buying guidelines, budget/spend summaries, and competitor analysis on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Track campaign progressand address execution-related issues in consultation with senior management.
  • Evaluate vendor proposals,assess impact properties, and explore channel partnerships.
  • Coordinate with media channels during campaignimplementation.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends and developments in both offline and digital media planning.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree (Master's/PG Diploma in Business Management preferred).
  • 1 to 1.5 years of relevant media planning experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitaskand perform under tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
