We Are Hiring SM (Vehicle finance) In Ahmedabad.

Job Title: Sales Manager – Vehicle Finance

Location: [Ahmedabad]
Department: Sales & Business Development
Reports To: Regional Sales Manager / Area Sales Head

 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of vehicle loans (new and used) through dealers, DSA, and direct sourcing

  • Develop and manage relationships with automobile dealers, brokers, and channel partners

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement and revenue targets

  • Conduct market analysis and identify potential customers and business opportunities

  • Lead a team of Sales Officers/Executives, set targets, and monitor performance

  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance for loan processing

  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams to ensure smooth disbursal

  • Monitor portfolio performance and maintain healthy asset quality

  • Organize promotional activities and campaigns to generate leads

  • Provide regular reports and feedback to senior management

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Finance, or related field

  • 3–6 years of experience in vehicle finance sales (NBFC/BFSI preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of auto loan products, market trends, and credit policies

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Ability to build and manage teams and channel partners

  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
