We are seeking an Operations Manager who can take end-to-end responsibility of the outlet — from staff hiring & training to smooth daily operations, guest satisfaction, cost control, and brand-standard implementation.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Outlet Management

  • Take full ownership of daily bar & restaurant operations.
  • Ensure seamless functioning across FOH & BOH departments.

Staff Hiring, Training & Development

  • Handle complete staff recruitment with HR support.
  • Conduct onboarding, training, and continuous skill development.
  • Implement service standards, grooming guidelines, and SOPs.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain brand SOPs, hygiene, safety, and service quality at all times.
  • Monitor kitchen & bar coordination for smooth service.
  • Maintain stock levels, manage vendors, and oversee inventory control.

Guest Experience

  • Ensure high guest satisfaction and prompt resolution of complaints.
  • Manage peak hours, match nights, events, and group bookings.

Financial & Reporting Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets, food & beverage cost, and profitability metrics.
  • Track daily checklists, MIS reports, P&L inputs, and operational audits.

Coordination & Support

  • Work closely with the central support team on marketing, offers, screenings, and brand promotions.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, supply chain, finance, and other departments for smooth functioning.

Candidate Requirements

  • 5–6 years of experience as Restaurant/Operations Manager in bars, lounges, or high-volume F&B setups.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory control, P&L understanding, and SOP implementation.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Flexible to work match nights, weekends, and peak hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
