Job Title: Visualizer and Graphic Designer

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Work Mode: Work at Office

Work Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (MON-SAT)

Experience Required: 10–15 Years in a Design or Advertising Agency

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a highly seasoned Visualizer & Graphic Designer who brings both creative intuition and executional mastery to the table. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of visualizing and developing concepts for prestigious Brand Development and Conceptual Branding Projects, backed by strong software skills and a robust design portfolio.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 10–15 years of experience as a Commercial Visualizer/Graphic Designer in a reputed design or advertising agency.
• Strong conceptualization skills with an eye for aesthetics, colors, typography, layouts, and detail.
• Proven experience in Commercial Designing, Brand Development, Campaign Ideation, and Conceptual Branding.
• Ability to build top-notch visual presentations and conceptual pitch decks.
• A strong portfolio showcasing major branding work is a must — this is non-negotiable.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication skills and collaborative working style.
• Candidates residing in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai or Thane and who are ready to travel are only preferrable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creative Visualization & Concept Development

• Decode and translate the briefs into powerful visual concepts, moodboards, and directions.
• Develop fresh, innovative ideas for Brand Identity, campaigns, and conceptual presentations.
• Build compelling visual stories for Pitch Decks and Concept Presentations.

Branding & Design Execution

• Design end-to-end Brand Identity Manuals with strong understanding of brand architecture.
• Create high-quality Corporate Presentations, Company Profiles, and Product Catalogs.
• Develop impactful Event Branding assets such as exhibition stall panels, banners, standees, and backdrops.
• Execute packaging designs, marketing collateral, and wall communications for commercial brands.

Design Software Expertise

Must be proficient in (This is non-negotiable):

• CorelDRAW (Preference-1)
• Adobe Illustrator (Preference-2)
• Adobe Photoshop
• After Effects (for motion/visual presentations)

Commercial Branding Experience

• Must have worked extensively on major branding projects across industries.
• Ability to translate business goals into effective visual communication.
• Develop and execute brand identity manuals and corporate branding projects.
• Visualize and Develop engaging corporate presentation decks and marketing collateral such as flyers, Brochures, Product Catalog, packaging, banners, Event branding and wall communications for space branding.
• Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and deliver impactful visual designs.
• Ensure consistency in brand representation across all design materials.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high design standards.
