Job Summary

Brandify Education is seeking an experienced Data Analytics Trainer with strong knowledge of Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python. The trainer will deliver high-quality, practical, job-oriented training to MBA/BBA/Commerce students with a focus on Finance Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training on Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python, and analytics concepts.
  • Teach domain-oriented modules like Financial Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics.
  • Design lesson plans, assignments, quizzes, and real-time projects.
  • Conduct classroom sessions (Aligarh center) & online live sessions where needed.
  • Guide learners on capstone projects and portfolio development.
  • Prepare students for job roles—mock interviews, problem-solving, case studies.
  • Evaluate student performance and maintain training quality.
  • Create training materials, PPTs, notes, and datasets.
  • Maintain high engagement and ensure excellent learning outcomes.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Strong command of:
  • Advanced Excel (Dashboards, Power Query) SQL (queries, joins, subqueries) Power BI (DAX, modelling, dashboards) Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn) Statistics fundamentals
  • Understanding of business analytics and finance datasets preferred.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners.
  • Good communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
  • Experience in teaching/training (preferred) but industry analysts can also apply.

Eligibility

  • B.Tech / BCA / MCA / M.Sc / MBA (Finance/Analytics) OR
  • Graduation in any field with proven experience in Data Analytics
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Data Analyst or Trainer

Preferred Experience (Good to Have)

  • Prior teaching / training experience
  • Knowledge of Tableau (optional)
  • Experience working on real business analytics projects
  • Ability to mentor students individually

Work Mode

  • Onsite at Brandify Education – Aligarh
  • Optional: Online batches for outstation candidates
  • Flexible hours: Morning, afternoon, evening batches available
