We are looking for a Technical Project Coordinator/Manager who can confidently handle technical client calls, manage projects from start to finish, and act as the communication bridge between the Sales Team, Developers, QA, and Clients.

The ideal candidate must have strong project coordination skills, a solid understanding of web & mobile technologies, and excellent verbal & written English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all technical/project calls with clients from project kick-off to final delivery.
  • Gather and translate client requirements into clear technical tasks for the development team.
  • Coordinate between Sales, Developers, Designers, and QA to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain requirement documents, feature lists, scope notes, and change logs.
  • Plan project timelines, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Conduct review/demonstration calls and share regular project updates with clients.
  • Validate deliverables before handover to ensure quality and requirement compliance.
  • Identify risks, escalate issues, and ensure proactive communication.
  • Support pre-sales with effort estimation and technical clarifications when required.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Coordination / Project Coordination / Client Communication for Web & Mobile development projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal & written English must be exceptional.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), mobile & web technologies.
  • Ability to manage client expectations and maintain professional communication.
  • Experience working closely with development and QA teams.
  • Strong documentation, analytical, and requirement-gathering skills.
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts, primarily the night shift.
