Key Responsibilities
- Assist in obtaining approvals, sanctions, and NOCs from municipal, town-planning, revenue, and other government bodies.
- Follow up with departments such as PMC/PCMC/PMRDA/Town Planning/Collector Office/RERA etc.
- Checking daily public notice portals & newspapers.
- Maintain records of applications, submissions, compliance documents, and approval timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, legal teams, surveyors, consultants, and project staff.
- Prepare basic reports, update status trackers, and support documentation work.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and resolve queries raised by authorities.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably with exposure to real estate or government processes).
- Basic understanding of approval processes, building permissions, or land-related documentation (preferred).
- Strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Ability to travel locally for site visits and office submissions.
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in liaisoning, real estate, construction, administration, or government interaction roles.
