Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Officer located in Gopichettipalaiyam. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and nurturing business relationships, identifying and meeting customer financial needs, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves engaging with customers, addressing their queries, and promoting and selling the bank's products and services. The Relationship Officer will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
