Roles and Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and suggestions for innovation and growth
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
  • Conduct regular field force meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to ensure high levels of motivation among team members
  • Manage a team of ASMs (Area Sales Managers) and MRs (Medical Representatives) to achieve sales targets for ayurveda and nutraceutical products.
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to expand product reach.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years in Ayurveda / Herbal / Pharma / Nutraceutical sales & marketing.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; launching or managing products; experience with modern product formats.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Willingness to travel in the field, ability to motivate team.
