A Site Supervisor in interior fit-out projects is responsible for managing on-site activities, coordinating teams, and ensuring that all work aligns with project specifications, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily site operations and ensure timely project execution.
  • Supervise construction teams and subcontractors, maintaining an efficient workflow.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, clients, and stakeholders for smooth project progress.
  • Monitor site safety, conduct regular inspections, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Review project drawings and specifications; clarify technical requirements for on-site teams.
  • Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily progress reports and inventory records.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays.
  • Liaise with control teams and management regarding budgets, timelines, and quality assurance.

Typical Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
  • 2 -4 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in interior fit-out projects.
  • Certifications in safety management or project management are an advantage.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Office, AutoCAD).
