Role Requirements
  • Own end-to-end delivery of multiple Agile projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality outcomes aligned with client and business goals.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, track progress, and proactively address risks and dependencies.
  • Oversee sprint execution and ensure all deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Track and report sprint metrics, velocity, and overall project health.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria using tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira.
  • Conduct impact analysis, gap assessment, and maintain clear traceability of requirements throughout delivery.
  • Support technical discussions with architects and tech leads to validate feasibility and solution alignment.
  • Track, manage, and prioritize ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets including incidents, service requests, and change requests.
  • Contribute during pre-sales activities including scope definition, timelines, delivery models, and proposal support.
  • Participate in client presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and effort estimation for new opportunities.
  • Offer delivery feasibility, cost implications, and risk mitigation insights during deal shaping.
  • Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, driving accountability, productivity, and continuous improvement.
  • Enable effective collaboration between onsite and offshore teams through clear communication and alignment.
  • Support resource onboarding, ramp-up, training, and competency development.
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end delivery across distributed or multi-vendor environments.
  • Strong experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira for backlog and sprint management.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
  • Hands-on involvement in pre-sales activities including proposals, estimations, and client engagements.
  • 8+ years of experience in web technology projects, with at least 3+ years in technical project management or delivery leadership roles.
  • Good knowledge of modern web development stacks (e.g., React, Angular, , .NET, PHP, Python, APIs, databases).
  • Experience managing cloud-hosted web applications (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Familiarity with UI/UX workflows, DevOps pipelines, and testing processes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and team coordination skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP or CSM are a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
