run PencilGardens independently

the brand, not just work

the brand.
What You'll Own
- End-to-end operations of PencilGardens
- Customer acquisition, retention, and service excellence
- Vendor coordination and plant maintenance scheduling
- Subscription model execution (renting, installation, upkeep)
- Monthly targets, planning, expansion, and reporting
- Building local partnerships (nurseries, corporates, apartments)

Minimum:
Any bachelor's degree
(Commerce / Business / Agriculture preferred)

Basic computer skills

horticulture, agriculture, botany, landscaping, or business management
