We are seeking a CRM Cum Workflow Automation Manager to streamline customer relationship management, automate business processes, and improve overall efficiency.

  • Key Responsibilities:Manage and optimize the company's CRM system (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Design and implement workflow automation for sales, marketing, customer support, and operations.
  • Ensure accurate customer data management, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams to improve lead tracking, conversion, and customer retention.
  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for automation and improvement.
  • Monitor CRM performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Train staff on CRM usage and best practices for workflow efficiency.
  • Integrate CRM with other tools (ERP, email marketing platforms, e-commerce portals).
  • Requirements:Proven experience as a CRM Manager, Workflow Automation Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Experience in workflow automation, business process management, and integrations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to generate insights and improve processes.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce, marketing automation, and sales processes is a plus.
  • Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience in e-commerce or jewellery industry.
  • Knowledge of API integrations, reporting tools, and dashboards.
