Job Description:

As the Senior Data Engineer - you'll report to Guillermo Barrios Zacarias - our Head of Data Engineering and spearhead the technical vision and strategy for the Data organization. 

• Minimum (must have at least) 5 years of Data engineering experience. 
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data (e.g., pandas, dataframes, data manipulation, etc.)
• Hands-on production experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery)
• Experience building ETL and ELT pipelines using tools such as Debezium, DMS, StreamSets, or DBT
• Familiarity with job orchestration tools such as Airflow and Jenkins.
• Experience with data stream processing tools such as Kafka, Spark, or Flink.
• Availability for off-hours on-call support.
• Able to work in-office 5 days a week in Bangalore

Bonus / Extra Credit:

• Experience in the Gaming Industry (ideally). 
• Proficient in Java (Spring Boot or similar framework) or Python (Flask or similar framework) for backend development.
• Experience building out segmentation platforms.
• Supported Business Intelligence and User Acquisition functions.
• Machine Learning (ML) experience.
• Experience with recognized industry patterns, methodologies, and techniques.
