Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Partnership

  • Act as a strategic advisor to business stakeholders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational structure.
  • Drive a culture of performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Performance Management System (PMS)

  • Lead the design, implementation, and execution of the Performance Management System.
  • Partner with managers to set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and create development plans.
  • Drive performance-based reward and recognition programs.
  • Analyze PMS data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Talent Management

  • Support talent retention, career development, and leadership programs.
  • Drive employee capability enhancement through training and skill development programs by partnering with L&D

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
  • Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze HR metrics such as attrition, engagement scores, and performance data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Present HR dashboards and reports to leadership for continuous improvement.

Branch Administration & Infrastructure

  • Oversee workplace administration, office facilities, and vendor management of the specific location
  • Ensure smooth functioning of infrastructure – seating arrangements, utilities, safety, and compliance.
  • Partner with leadership on office expansion, relocations, and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Drive initiatives for enhancing the employee workplace experience

What are we looking for in you?

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5years in an HRBP role.
  • Strong expertise in Performance Management, Talent Management, and Employee Engagement.
  • Proven experience in HR policy development, compliance, and labor laws.
  • Hands-on experience in HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Ability to balance strategic HR work with operational responsibilities.
