Job Description:

Experience – 2 to 4 years in Production Dept ( on rubber mould ), in rubber moulding.

3 shifts duty is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the deflashing of all the moulded parts in Cryogenic and AcTON Deflashing Machines.
  • Should interact with the Production and Quality teams to improve the product quality and efficiency of dispatches.
  • Should also interact with the Vendors looking after the Post Moulding Operations.
  • Must be able to lead a small team of temporary employees for all the Post production activities.
  • Responsible for the Preventive Maintenance of all machines used for deflashing activity such as Cryogenic & AcTON Deflashing Machines and Grinders.
  • Will be responsible to maintain Machine Utilization Reports of all the machines used in Post production activities.
  • Responsible to maintain all the records as per Standard.
