Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives for residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns that drive qualified leads, enhance brand visibility, and support sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities


• Strategic Planning


• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals and project launches.


• Plan and manage marketing budgets effectively across platforms.


• Campaign Management


• Create and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other platforms.


• Optimize ad performance to maximize ROI and reduce cost per lead (CPL).


• Lead Generation & Nurturing


• Build and monitor performance-driven lead generation funnels.


• Coordinate with sales and CRM teams to ensure lead quality and conversion tracking.


• Social Media & Content Management


• Plan and oversee content calendars, creatives, videos, and social media engagement.


• Ensure consistent brand tone and design aesthetics across all digital platforms.


• SEO & Website Management


• Oversee website updates, landing page creation, and SEO optimization.


• Monitor analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) to improve organic visibility and performance.


• Email & Automation


• Design and execute drip campaigns, newsletters, and re-engagement workflows using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).


• Market & Competitor Analysis


• Analyze digital trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth.


• Reporting & Insights


• Track KPIs such as CTR, CPL, conversion rate, and ROI.


• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Key Skills & Competencies


• Proven experience (5–10 years) in digital marketing for real estate.


• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram, YouTube Ads, SEO tools, and Analytics.


• Strong understanding of real estate lead generation, buyer journeys, and CRM integrations.


• Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership abilities.

Education & Qualifications


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Digital Media.


• Certification in Digital Marketing / Google Ads / Meta Blueprint / SEO preferred.
